“Sir?” A few moments passed since he had left, but returned to fulfill his duty. Besides, he could use the extra funds, especially for something that required minimal effort. “May I? Are you done, I mean.” He had the wrong idea the whole time, which in the end, was Sarah’s doing. The woman was not a master of disguises, however, she could shape things to work in her favor - ultimately. It was proven today, with this perfumed letter that filled the halls with its aromatic scent, that she was no fool.
He hesitated in handing the letter over, but only for a moment. His eyes had darted to behind the young man, searching the door that was closed and silent, before handing it over to him.
At least this letter did not have a scent lingering on it. He was rather thankful for that and smirked when the First Enchanter looked about rather nervously. “Is there a problem?” He inquired before taking the letter and then extended his other hand, awaiting the payment. “I suppose being a courier isn’t too bad, I am sure I can find her again for you,” he winked at the older elf, “Your secret is safe with me.”
