“Why not.” She mumbled and sunk into her seat somewhat, glowering all the while. Ah some people were truly lucky. Oh, right, she had to give him the address, otherwise, how in the world would they get there. Unless he could read her mind - which was hinting at envious thoughts at the moment!

“Right, sorry. About five miles from here, on the corner of Arthur Avenue and Harper, there are several restaurants there, it is close to the coast.” She could have never paid for the hotel, it was luxurious, but the museum had put her up for a few days and who was she to refuse. Everything had been paid for!

“Yes ma’am.” Rune started zipping along, casually doing over the speed limit. He’d helped put the city back together more than once, so he was going to take a liberty or two. Sue him.

“You came at a good time though. City is back mostly together again from the last brawl to sweep through.” He stopped at a red light, looking over at her. “Where exactly are you from anyway?”

Seems they were going a tad bit fast, weren’t they? Sarah nervously looked out the windows, and at the side view mirrors, to make sure no police cars were within their vicinity. Last thing she wanted was for them to get pulled over. Not a great way to end a pleasant evening!

Once he started to speak, Sarah turned to his direction yet kept her hands settled on her lap, nervously turning the clutch over a few times. “There.. there was a brawl that swept through? Like a gang of sorts?” They came to a red light; Sarah stared at it for a moment before directing her attention back to Rune.

“Washington state, the Tri-Cities area.” There was nothing like this back at home. It was dull, quiet, but Seattle wasn’t too far. “I have a place in Seattle, I spend some months there.” Shifting in the seat, her hands took a grip of the seatbelt, brushing it lightly, “Have you been?”
