These places, despite how much she disliked to find herself wandering into such establishments on her own, here she was once again. She honestly didn’t come to drink much, alcohol always left a bitter taste in her mouth. However, once in awhile, she was in need of a drink - a very small drink. Tonight was one of those nights.

On an evening such as this, Sarah did place herself at the bar and parked her rear on a seat. The motorcycle helmet was placed on the seat adjacent to her, then soon after, the jacket adorning her frame was draped over it.

“Oh,” she chuckled to the bartender and began tugging at her gloves, “It’s never to late for a night owl,” calmly said, her eyes had not met his own yet, for she was busied with other things. “I am hoping to stay up a little tonight, perhaps something with a dash of Redbull in it?” The redhead was ignorant when it came to drinks; she limited herself to a glass of wine here and there.

“I can do that,” Joe said. He fixed a drink that was more energy drink than alcohol. He had a good read for people, and he could tell she was in it more for that side, anyway. He slid the drink down to her.

“What are you stayin’ up for?”

Finally, Sarah lifted her head once the gloves were neatly piled over one another before her. Something about this man was peculiar, she didn’t know exactly what and putting her finger on it was not possible right now. There were too many things on her mind already.

She watched him with interest, but once he slid the drink down to her, she lowered her gaze down to it. “Um..” she started up and plucked the glass between her fingers, “I really have trouble sleeping lately, is all. I also have a piece I need to finish, I mean a piece of work. Art. Artwork."

That was not really smooth of her. Sarah was awkward at this hour at night, it didn’t help that she really had not had a good night’s rest in awhile. She held up the glass to him and toasted in the air before taking a sip.

Oh she cringed. The wrinkle at the bridge of her nose gave it away as she swallowed the drink. The Redbull did mask the alcohol, at least! Clearing her throat, Sarah lowers the glass from her lips and offered the man a smirk of her lips, "That wasn’t bad. Thank you, I may need another if I start to crash soon.”
