There was no answer when she called, why would there be, it was two in the morning and most were asleep at this hour. But, what about those who were not part of the norm? She assumed they needed sleep like any other.
So she got a voicemail; Rune had been away, busy or asleep - what she should be doing now, sleeping. “Hi Rune,” there was a pause, a rustle, “I know it’s late, sorry, it’s .. it’s Sarah.. from a few nights prior.” More rustling took place, as if she was looking through stacks of paper. “I didn’t forget those tickets I said I would give you, if you still wish to go to the museum. Also, I have that sketch here, somewhere.."
There was a break. "I am going to dinner tomorrow evening, I was asked to join a few of the attendants at the show, if you want to stop by, please, let me know. Just uh.. give me a call back at the hotel, ask for room 745.”
