It was a quiet night on the Wounded Coast, Merethyel walked along one of trails seeing lovers walking along the same one. Looking around she seen everyone with someone then realized she had no one, looking at her hands she turned away to sit on the beach. Sitting on a log that rested along side some rocks she stuck her feet in the water hoping that one day for her to find someone to be with. Sighing she looked at the sky seeing all the stars so bright and even they seemed to have a partner.
It was the cloak of darkness that beckoned her to walk underneath its chilly embrace. With the stars twinkling in the tapestry of heaven, Sarah enjoyed the touch of serenity that came along with the scene. Her red hair gave away to her appearance, making her a beacon in the shadows, along with the pallor of her skin.
It seems that she was not really the only one basking at the placid waters of the coast. There were others here, relaxing and indulging themselves in what little privacy they had. Sarah avoided really intruding and walked quietly about the area. Without her companion, such lonely treks would have been perilous, but she had not been too worried.
Among the others gathered, viridian depths swept the coastline and found one particular person who had been enjoying the lights above their head. Sarah glanced about, and knowing that she too needed a bit of rest from her walk, decided to head in the direction of the lone person, the woman, who sat on a log.
